Herbs can also be helpful in the relief of back pain. If you make some tea from rosemary this will actually help to relieve the pain a lot. This is a common kitchen herb and it is said to have some sort of anti-inflammatory properties in it and it will help to lower the pain that is caused from muscle inflammation.
